RESERVATION TERMS & POLICIES

Rates subject to 11% Florida bedding tax.  Rates subject to change without advance notice.  We accept MasterCard, Visa,  American Express, Discover, Cash, Cashier's Checks, Travelers Checks and Wire Transfers.  A deposit or full payment (specials require payment in full) is required at the time of making your reservation, any unpaid balance is due in full upon check-in. Must be 21 or older to make reservation. Advance Internet Special reservations are pre-paid and are not refundable. Regular reservations for one month or longer require four weeks notice for a refund. Reservations of less than one month require three weeks notice for a refund.
